Hi Jennifer.

A few basic answers about the CDBG Project:

We generally have 18 months max. to get a project underway (Bidding Process).

This project will need an Income Survey for the residents that surround the project. The target area will need to be determined, as to who will use and benefit from the improvements.

HUD has required a new format that has be been complete to submit before the Survey can even began.

It is more intense then 3 years ago.

I have an example form to re-type that I got from our local HUD Representative.

We can talk…say after 3pm if that works for you. I will be near my desk.

Thanks.
