Hi Keith,
I spoke with Peter today and he stated that we are behind on two reports. The Annual Consumer Confidence Reports and the Backflow Cross-connection Report (which Jeff is submitting). He was not aware of an annual Distribution report. Although looks like we have not submitted the Annual Consumer Confidence Report since 2012. Do you have a copy of that report by chance?

Keith just emailed me yesterday that Molalla’s 2013 CCR was submitted 26 March 2015. So perhaps it’s already taken care of. (see below)

Here are the tentative dates of completion for the gigs
1- Filter Profiles done quarterly on or about the 15th of March, June, September and December
2- Turbidimeter Calibration done quarterly in first week of January, April, July and October
3- SOP for O&M to be completed by July 30th 2015
4- GIS Hard copy, display and digital in progress- to b e completed by June 30th 2015
5- Emergency Response Plan will be completed by 30th June 2015
6- 2013 CCR has been re-submitted to OHA on March 26th 2015
7- Annual Summary Report for Distribution System- New DRC- will be completed NLT 30 June 2015
8- Certified Backflow specialists: Jake Ehredt and Jeff McCrum
9- Protocol for under-certified operator has been signed. Will get a copy to you if you'd like.
