Timeline for the Molalla Avenue project. How much will be complete AND paid for by June 30, 2016 and how much of the project rolls into next year. Also, with the bid in – I need a breakdown of how much will be paid for out of the URA and how much is expected to be paid from SDC’s. I need specific estimates, for example; Water SDC $250,000.00. In addition to those specific examples how much will be completed and paid by June 30th. 2. The capital improvement plan needs to be updated with realistic and specific plans for FY 16/17. FY 15/16 removed and FY 18/19 added. 3. Any grants (CDBD or Rails to Trails or……) in FY 16/17? 4. Any new funding sources for streets, sewer, water, or storm. 5. We will be budgeting the water revenue at the current rate schedule as the public hearing for the rate increase is not scheduled until after the budget and we cannot budget for something that has not even gone to the public or our legislative body first. This includes the potential second (much smaller sewer increase). I will also be sending you a salary breakdown of who is paid from what funds and the %’s associated with that. I will need you to sign off if any adjustments are needed, any staff added or removed for FY 16/17 etc. The budget spreadsheets are almost ready but without the above information you will not know how much money is left to be allocated in materials & services.
