Here’s the final Bio-solids plan copy just in case it is not currently in the NPDES Binder.
Also, attached is the current I/I Plan that states a hard copy must be kept on site for reference, even though the plant is not involved in the I/I activities.

During our call, I said I would track down a copy of the approval letter for the City’s Biosolids Management Plan. See attached. A copy of this is supposed to be kept with the final plan. We should make sure there is a copy in a binder at the plant, along with this letter.
