It's not too difficult to generate the report of the known, active, private backflow devices in the city by size, type, location and last known owner. It will take a little time to transfer the info to a user friendly format though. The key word here however is that these are the active accounts we get annual test reports from. There are many other BFD's in the city that I am still trying to track down and get owner info for and bring back to active testing status.

Jeff - How hard is it to create a report of the all the BFDs in Molalla? Does the program generate a report pretty easily?

Hi Sadie,
I gave you a public records request for a landscape company requesting the City’s inventory list on who has a backflow device. This is primarily for their sales department to contact home owners with these devices for testing service or ect.
Jeff may be able to provide an electronic print out of the list, but at this time I’m not certain we can.
