Jennifer,
As with any conference there is a deadline for pre-registrations. This event’s is pretty generous only being seven days prior to the start of the event. The reason we must have a cut-off date is so that we can compile all the information and produce the conference documents, order meals and put over 200 packets together just for the students; not to mention preparing packets for exhibitors and speakers…which is many hours of work for several people.
I totally understand the payment situation and we would be more than happy to have you send us a scanned copy of payment information along with the agency name, student names and type of registration. This will not pre-register them but it will give us the ability to process their registration and payment onsite. If you decide to do that, we will need the credit card number, name on card, expire date, CVN # and the billing zip code for the card. We hope this is a good solution for you. Please let me know if you have any questions.
