Attached are two sheets that reflect the current conditions on Heintz Street

The first show the placement of the 30’ access and the turning movement of a WB-40 truck. This represent a vehicle with a 40’ wheel base turning from eastbound to southbound onto your property.

The second shows two cross section of the road which represent lowering Heintz Street approximately 5 feet. We are also showing the cut onto your property will encroach approximately 5-6 feet in the worst case.
