I did find out that we cannot combined the funds for Toliver however, which I thought we could?? However, the funding would be available for Ona Way.

Thank you for checking your cost estimates and providing updates. Please find attached the updated 2017-2021 ARTS Systemic Final 150% list to reflect your changes. All projects on this list will be scoped. The scoping process for ARTS Systemic will begin in a couple months. We will be in contact with the appropriate jurisdiction soon as we will need your participation in the scoping process. Once scoping is completed the benefit/cost ratio for each project will be recalculated based on any new cost estimates and the projects in the top 100% will be selected for funding.
