These item costs look a little low to me. i.e. C900 8” is $40/ft for the Molalla Ave project and they were significantly lower than 21 other bids. Even without prevailing wage, $13/ft is less than 1/2
Can you make edits if you have private developer unit costs. I don’t have access to those.

You are correct on the timing for the public permits, I just get pressure from Karl Ivanov’s Lender – Key Bank on permit status.
