Jennifer,
As long as you log in 15 minute intervals it shouldn’t be a problem. If you start logging more often ie 5 min or 1 minute and log other channels than you may exceed 5MB. Keep it at Logging Level, Velocity Flow Battery at 15 minute you should be under 5 MB.

There isn’t a 10 MB plan. We have 5 MB or 25 MB. I chose the 25 MB plan for you and if we see that there is less than 5 MB we can downsize the plan in the future.

We are working with HACH to verify whether or not the logger requires a static IP to operate..
On another note I notice the plan should be 10 MB, not 10 GB.

Guys I show it as active and thought that there may have been the possibility of a failed activation. I just checked on it and the activation was a success. Everything on my end looks good and there shouldn’t be any issues in connecting with the device. My only suggestion would be to call customer service to get to tech support, 800-922-0204.
One other question would be does this equipment require a static IP to operate? I’ve seen that happen before with some devices.

We are unable to call the modem. I get a Verizon wireless recording which makes me think the modem is not setup for data correct. Can Verizon confirm this modem is setup correct?
