Hi Tiffany,

We really need one of your engineers who specializes in leak test at this meeting so that our engineering team and your engineering team can cover all of the requirement for the test before we get the ball rolling on this. As I understand it, that was the intent of this meeting. Please advise as soon as possible who from your engineering staff will be coming in Randy’s place. Thanks Tiffany.

Thank you for the agenda. Two notes: Randy Bailey will not be joining us for the meeting and I would like to ask about any planning the city is dong related to overall operations and future needs for the wastewater treatment plant. A few meetings ago the city mentioned that they were considering a Capital improvement plan.
