Jenn,

So currently we have 3.2 million gallons of storage with the two reservoirs, I believe the fish screens in the river are rated at 4 MDG each and we have (2). I was told this by Keith but I haven’t seen it on the plans yet. We have the ability to treat up to 4MGD a day ( 2 MGD with Filter #1 and 2 MGD with Filter #3 and #4). There are three pumps in the pump station at the river that include (2) 100 hp pumps and (1) 75 hp pump, typically they can pump up to 1400 gpm each and the 75hp pumps about 950 gpm. One of these pumps is meant to be a backup pump. The max I have ran up to the treatment plants was 2300 gpm but im sure we could pump more. If you wanted to test for a maximum we could definitely do that.

This is the information we are looking for: We can be creative in the fact if you include storage (2 full tanks + maximum treatment the plant can produce in a day), the maximum capacity is?

See Gerald’s comment high-lighted below.

Hi Jen,

Had a good meeting with Lisa Jaramillo and Gerry Clark of OWR. We have a plan now and Dan is looking at how much time it will take for him to put the documentation together to complete the certificate at Molalla. We will also work on getting the Trout Cr rights transferred and it will all depend on the use up through today. I need to know if a plant expansion to include the treatment of the Trout and Molalla flows was completed prior to 10/01/2004. It should have had a capacity of at least 7 cfs or 4.52 MGD. Also, they have 2 files with information that you may not have and said that we could get copies of them. Let me know if this is something you want us to do and just bill you for the admin time and copy cost or if you want to do it internally. They charge 10 cents per page and a little more for larger sizes.

So far, things are looking pretty good and it will be important that once we start this process that we see it to conclusion. They really want to close the books on this.

Regards,
