Hi Jen,

Please see attached. We need to crew to pothole the tee in Ross Street at the proposed manhole. If they can give us a measure down to top of pipe, pipe type, and pipe size then we will be able to finish the design. The contractor working on Molalla or the crew can install a new 12” DI line from the existing manhole at the intersection of Ross and Molalla and if the existing pipe is already at that grade then connect with a Fernco adapter. If it is at a different grade then install a temporary junction box to be removed at a later date.

SDC eligibility:

8” to 12” = 56% improvement SDC, 44% rates or reimbursement SDC

10” to 12” = 31% improvement SDC, 69% rates or reimbursement SDC
