Attachments: 15078-4-20160112-Design Only Fee.pdf; Hi, Here is the quote from Gerald to complete the design to (1) add islands and vegetation in the City Hall parking lot (south side) and (2) complete the Rodeo Walk of Fame from El Charito to Center St. I know we were planning to look at the tourism grant to complete the construction of the sidewalk. It’s my understanding that TEAM has about $9K remaining. I’m not sure if they would be willing to use those funds to begin the design ($7,281) and put the rest towards the construction of the work. I will need to confer with Gerald further to generate a preliminary cost estimate for construction. Dan – Do we want to proceed with the tourism grant to fund the remaining portion of the construction? If so, Gerald can begin working on the preliminary estimate for the grant. Also, Do you want Gerald to begin the City Hall parking lot island design. Est at $1,454 in the attached document. Can we chat about this Thursday morning? The parking lot is $1454. The sidewalk on Main Street is $7281. If you need any construction assistance, we can perform that under our 15202 City Engineering Services contract.
