Subject: 2018-2021 STIP Enhance Proposal Deadline Change

This is to inform you that timing, processes and funding levels for the Enhance portion of the 2018-2021 STIP are changing.

The OTC has been discussing funding allocations for the 2018-2021 STIP at its last few meetings and will be making their final decision at the July meeting. Because of this change in schedule and other likely changes to the Enhance program, Enhance proposals will NOT be due August 3^rd. It is anticipated that proposals will be due in November. Also note, that based on the OTC discussions, Enhance funding will likely be very limited.
