The City of Molalla participated in this DWINSA survey in 2011, which now needs to be updated. If you could gather the following items prior to our half-hour meeting, if available, it will allow us to make the most out of our meeting: · Current Water Master Plan · Capital Improvement Plan · Meter Inventory (size and quantity) · Generator Inventory (kw size and quantity) It is helpful for us to be able to take some documents with us, so access to a copy machine would be good. However, we will have the ability to do some scanning of documents on site. If you have some of the above documents on your website, we can simply download them from there. I look forward to meeting you for about half an hour sometime within the next two weeks. Please provide me a few days and times that work for you. My schedule is fairly flexible.
