Hi Mitch,
I apologize for the delay on my research. I have not forgotten. I put a call into DEQ today to see if there are any concerns with utilizing asphalt grindings as fill material or if there is required permit and/or protocol, like geotextile for separation. I’m hopeful to hear back on Monday. If not, I will attempt to make a call again.

Also did you find anything out on the Ground Asphalt? We are getting close to the wire on time to do that. Anything would help. I will be in Molalla tomorrow and can meet with you or Nicholas or Dan to get the permits or whatever we need taken care of or at least moving forward.
