Hi Pete,
I don’t see an issue with the water, it runs the full length of the PUE in front of the 803 Toliver property. A new service line will need to be installed for the meter. Once the SDCs, Connection fees and new account deposits are paid, a water meter can be set.
Please keep in mind a Work-in-Right of way permit will be needed for inspection of the sewer lateral connection and water service line to the mains. Since the line is in the easement, a street cut fee won’t be necessary. The cost for the permit will be $125.00.
In addition I have included the as-builts to Trinity Estates. I cannot comment on their accuracy, however it is a good start for info.
