Attachments: image.png; Any input on this from you? I’m thinking just the fire hydrant requirement in regards to public improvements, and possibly street trees and lighting too? As a Type II Land Use Review, we are subject to Title 17 requirements, many of which are largely intended to address building standards for street frontage (orientation, doors, windows, other architectural features). There is only a small segment of code mentioning flag lots, which is where this building would go, shown as "Parcel 2" in the image below. The building on the adjacent parcel on the street ("PCL 1) seems compliant. To what extent are we bound by the Title 17 requirements considering this building is not visible from the street and is in the back of this lot? How to you want me to specify that this building is exempt from these standards?
