Attached is the application for the right of way permit for property address 408 Stowers Street Molalla. All work will be completed behind the curb on property so I did not attach a traffic control plan. Our insurance company will be sending over the additional insured shortly. Hi Eric,
I was good talking to you today, please complete the attached permit as it would apply to the City of Molalla. This permit is currently does not have a fee.
A hand sketch of the cross-section will work for a drawing.
As for the traffic control, please use proper Utility Work Ahead signs if equipment is to be placed in the street.
Please list your Insurance Coverage Provider and Name the City of Molalla on the certificate as additional insured. This is to ensure coverage if there are any damages to public property during the repair.
