Dan,
Attached is map (not to scale) of the water system that crosses OR-213 and heads towards Mitch’s property. The line stops short approximately 130-ft. Since this is an existing water main we will need to complete a few steps prior to the construction.
· Prepare a design for the extension of the line and submit to the OWA for approval
· Prepare an easement for the 2 properties, Big Burger and Stutz Auto Body. Possibly 3 properties if Mitch wants two services
· Request a ODOT work in ROW permit for construction along OR-213
One other note to discuss, is there a financial responsibility to Mitch to extend the main to or through his property for future development?
