Nicolas,
Originally you said that I could have the site plan signed off when I had the ODOT permit to construction the new driveway at Phase 1 along with PGE vault relocation work including all fees paid to PGE – this was achieved.
You then said that I needed to have the South Hezzie Sanitary Sewer and the public fire line signed off by the City of Molalla – Public Plans are approved.
We now have a signed/notarized Development Agreement between Karl and the City of Molalla.
I am confused on what else you now need to meet this “appropriate time” for signature of the site plan?
Let me know, because Clackamas County is needing this document for the building plan permits.

I caught an issue with the easement for the sewer line, it does not follow center line of the pipe through the bends, see attached. Please correct and provide a new full size sheet of the plan. I will not be able to finish approving the plans until I receive the corrected plan.
