CUPSS is a free Asset Management Program we can take advantage of to start tracking the City’s asset inventory. I’ve included the PowerPoint presentation that DEQ (planning group) went over with me today. This is similar to CityWorks, but at a much simpler level. Best thing about it, is it’s completely functional for our WWTP and collections sysems and is no charge.
I plan on talking about asset management in the plan, but as a whole this program will help the WWTP most with maintenance schedules and planning to avoid system failures that lead to compliance issues.
