Hi Keith,

Here’s the form to update the DRC for Distribution. I am unable to print at the moment still. Please update the form with your name on both at this time. I will be working with Dennis to get his Distribution Level 2 over the next 6 months. I would prefer to not list Jake if we do not have to, since he works at the WWTP.

Also, I did not locate the Annual Report form to file with OHA for Distributions. Do you have the OHA email contact to send my way? I will work to with him to find out what needs to be completed.
