How do you want the engineering to be billed for the development review?
· On an hourly billing rate that is provided on a project basis from Gerald and myself?
· Or a based on the a development fee according to the following schedule in the current PW Standards.
7.0012 - PERMIT FEES
A development fee according to the following schedule and based on the approved certificate of the total
development cost, or estimate of the total cost:
On Any Amount Exceeding But Not Exceeding Rate

$5,000.00 $200,000.00 $250.00 plus 3% of amount in
excess of $5,000.00
$200,000.00 $6,100.00 plus 2% of amount in
excess of $200,000.00
