Hi Dan,

I do remember reading this, because David mentioned who (Mike Penney) I should coordinate on the vactor dump station plans.

One thing I don’t see here is a list of Action Items the WTP plant needed to address in regards to the NPDES permit issuance.

I have attached two important emails from David Cole that never copied the Lead Operator, Jon Patrick, at that time.
