Attached is the hard copy letter I received from DEQ this morning. It seems to address two entities; the City and the Law Firm in Suit with the City. Although the letter directly states information for future repairs and improvements are not in the current I/I plan, I do not see where DEQ address that it needs to be included, and only that it is not.
I don’t see that any action is needed on our part at this time.
