Attached is the approval letter for quote you submitted to the City to haul Biosolids. We are working to receive site approvals from DEQ next week and will be contacting you soon to schedule your trucks for haul.

I also, have attached a copy of a Spill Prevention and Response Plan to prevent and address any event.
