Consent Decree Question Items:

13. Jon confirmed that it would not take much time to determine the total amount of sand & grit in the aeration pond and that it could take up to a year to make arrangements to remove the grit. Regardless the removal will need to be done in the low flow months late summer, early Fall.

16. As sent in the information previously, it was verified that the RWUP states the City will treat Colman Ranch, Nursery or Cemetery properties with Class A Recycled water; and the Jorgenson and WWTP properties with Class B recycled water.

22. The city currently records the following daily logs regarding recycled water.

· RW Field Log – Records, Cholorine Residule taken at the Big Gun, Gallons of diesel for the Big Gun used, Flow at Cemetary & Nursery to calculate the Colman Ranch Flow

· Moister Block Log – Records moisture block readings as needed to anticipate and manage moving the Big Gun and Hand Lines

· CheckList – To Be Developed

· Plant Logs for RW – Pounds of Chlorine, Total Coliform from field sample, turbidity measured at the plant

· In addition the effluent filters are monitored daily and maintained
