Hi Phil,
Yesterday I drove past the duplex on Cole Street and noticed the driveway approaches and sidewalks have not been poured. We typically do not approve an approach unless it will poured within 48 hours. This reduces the likelihood of the forms to be damaged or adjusted out of spec.
Please make sure the forms are verified and still meet standards prior to the pour, with the exception to the south most wing. The south wing must meet the 10% running slope to match into the existing sidewalk. In addition, please be sure to make the repairs to the damaged adjacent walk as discussed.
