Hi Chief-
I witnessed a code and parking violation on Toliver Rd. where a truck and trailer were parked at the intersection on the sidewalk and in the bike lane. Typically I call Dispatch for criminal police matters, however, when it is a code enforcement violation (city business) I would prefer not to call dispatch and go through typical City communication channels. Please let me know how to address these violations in the future. For example, is there an all police bulletin email I can send out for parking violations.
