Hi Bill,
It was brought to my attention yesterday that several folks have been seen staying overnight in trailers/campers inside the carnival company’s rented building at 535 Main St., Molalla OR. This is a violation of the permitted uses for a M-2, Heavy Industrial District in Section 17.16.020 of the MMC. If this is the case, the overnight camping must stop immediately.
The MMC does allow for a Manufactured home used as a permanent residence for a night watchman or caretaker with an approved Conditional Use. This would be a single permanent residence and not a camp trailer or camper. Please contact Nicolas with any questions in regards to obtaining a CU permit.
