Hi,

Here is the draft of the intent to procure services. This is not a bid process so we are not required to give a notification in lieu of protest, but at least this is a clear understanding as to why we selected Pacific Int-R-Tek. Main reason I selected them was the other proposals were not complete with costs or project scope, or did not meet the certification requirement for PACP.

Please let me know if you have any questions or comments. I’m planning to have this sent out and posted on the website today.
