Hi Jason,
I have a purchase that came through on my credit card with receipt that were submitted by you to Heather, but I don’t recall approving the purchase with the Petroleum Services Company. Let me know if we need to set up a direct billing account for Chemical or O&M purchases as needed.
In the future, all credit card purchases need to be approved or signed by myself in alignment with our City Personnel Policy.
