I also realized the William C. Earhart Co. will handle my husband’s (Bryce D. Cline) Benefits. He is in the Oregon Sheet Metal Workers Union Local 16 waiting to become eligible. Do we need to duplicate all the info I have sent to you? Or can we just submit the Enrollment Form?
