Hi Rick,
I received a question in regards to prevailing wage for the gravity filter work from Lauren in your office.
I do not believe the work falls under prevailing wage since the contract is below $50K. I have included a link to the PWR website that defines the rules. However, I encourage you to contact BOLI if you need further explanation. In addition, the work appears to fall under Maintenance Contracts, in which the PWR law does not apply.
