Hi there,
I found out the blocks have not been poured for the wall. Do we want to proceed with the wall? I do not recall why it was needed. I have no problem either way.
Bill called today about his property to the north. A couple things came up…
· He thought a water service was to be provided to the north property
· He’s requesting the contractor cut in a flat slope behind the sidewalk for access to the property. I don’t know if we need a construction easement for that work or what the additional cost to the City.
Any thoughts?
