Hi Gerald,

Attached is the traffic study for the Bear Creek Subdivision. If you have any comments, Nicolas would like to have them by Feb. 2nd.

Some comments I currently have:

· What are the model assumptions?

· What phase is the 2018 traffic counts representing?

· Does the model consider the Ona Way connection is functioning for either 2018? 2035?

· Is Hezzie connected through to Toliver for 2035?

· Typically maps are provided for each report, detailing movements with LOS and v/c ratios.

· I see several LOS of D-F for 2035 AM and PM peak flows
