Hi Jim,

The paving at Alyssa Meadows (8^th and Stowers) has been accepted, contingent on receiving the compaction test reports. Will you please send me the test reports for our records.

I’ve also included a letter to release payment from Smelser. Please sign and return the letter. We will mail the checks once the test reports and letter are received.

The City will be covering the $23,181.88 portion in addition to the $1,363.64 portion owed by home owner, Carlos Flores.
