I am reviewing our Waiting List, and wanting to ensure sites are ready for Project Manager review once they are eligible for assignment.

I noticed we have received a signed Cost Recovery Agreement for this site, but no other documentation has been submitted for your file. The initial release report referenced a Phase 2 Site Evaluation along with referencing some sample results. However, we have not received any documentation for this site to date.

Groundwater detections were observed in your initial site reporting, so this will be evaluated as a Risk-Based Closure. For site closure evaluation to move forward, please provide the tank decommissioning documentation, 20-day report, ecological risk checklist and a risk-based closure report.
