On our end I show that the 20 day report and data has been submitted. Let me look in our mail tracking file and see where and when this was sent. Either way, I am going to resend so the project manager can review.

DEQ received your initial release report and subsequent Cost Recovery Agreement earlier this year. I wanted to send you an update to the status of our waiting list. Your site has been working its way up our waiting list and we should soon be able to assign a Project Manager.
I checked your file, and it appears we haven’t yet received any reports or documentation related to this release; it doesn’t look like we have received the 20-day report yet either. At this point, there would not be anything for a Project Manager to review. Please mail any final closure reports, lab data, etc. you have to me so I can make sure your file is ready when a Project Manager is assigned.
