Hi Ken,
I think this is what we need an addendum for: I’m not sure if it should be in the contract or can we do one for the notice to contractors?
From the Notice to Contractors:
Sealed bids for Molalla Urban Renewal Project – W Heintz Street will be received by the City
Recorder of the City of Molalla until 11:00 am on Wednesday, June 9, 2015 at which time bidding
will be closed. In addition, all Bidders, including first-tier sub-contractors, must notify the City within 24 hours by email the contract documents have been obtained from the website. Bids will not be accepted by the City unless written notification has been received. Please email HashK@hdjdg.com to indicate you are a contract Plan Holder.
