Attached is the draft letter to DEQ addressing the test results from the Leak Test performed recently on the lagoons. Please review and let me know if you have any comments or questions.

The letter is due to David Cole by Sept. 28^th. I will be sending an electronic letter by email as well as certified copy by mail.
