Hi Sadie,

Here's the documentation of the repairs done by the home owner for the damage done by a water line repair made last Thursday 10/30.

It appears the home meter (see photo - meter not disturbed) was not turned off during the repairs and when restored her home plumbing was damaged by the air/water surge.
