Hi Garrett,
Duane Rinks from Track Work and Trucking, Inc. called and informed me they would be making a connection to our sewer main on Molalla and wanted to schedule an inspection. He is planning to begin around 7, but won’t be read for inspection until around noon.
I’m not certain how we have handled these connections in the past. I understand they have a building permit issued through the county, but technically we should require a Utility Permit for the connection when they pay SDC and connection fees. I am not going to force the issue at this time since we already have spoken with Duane in the past and did not request it.
