This email is in regards to the permit submitted for 307 N Molalla Ave.
The City will also need a traffic control plan (TCP) for the work to be done on Molalla Ave. This is something the contractor should be able to provide for you. I don’t anticipate a full lane closure needed since the work does not require the contractor to cross Molalla Ave to reach the sewer line. Most likely only a lane shift is needed. No parking signs may also be needed on both sides of the street 24 hours in advance of the work to assure there is proper room for the work are and shifting traffic to the west.
I will also need to know the dimensions (depth and width) of the trench work in the street.
Once I receive a TCP for the work and the additional requested information I can proceed with issuing the permit.
