Hi Dennis,

Below is the recap of our conversation last week in regards to installing a fire suppression/sprinkler system at 209 Marson Ct.

· New 8” watermain line must be extended in public right-of-way (Marson Ct). to property line where the service meter and DDCV Fire vault will be installed. I spoke to Dennis Welle in regards to valve in Ross St. He believes it is a 2” valve and will need to be replaced with an 8” valve also requiring a new tap to the Ross St mainline.

· Stamped engineering site plans (with public improvement plans included) for the design must be provided to the City Community Planner and Fire Inspector for review. Additional plan review of the public improvements and approval will be required by OHA Drinking Water division prior to construction.

· A work in right-of-way permit must be obtained from the city for the public improvements. A certificate of Liability Insurance and traffic control plan will be required with the permit.

· Plumbing permits for work on the private property must be obtained through Clackamas Co prior to construction.
