Hi Asad,
In regards to your property at 203 N. Molalla Ave.,
The City will begin excavating the lateral connection tomorrow in the City right-of-way. The lateral will be cut, plugged in place for a future connection to the sewer. Please contact the City for a work in right-of-way when you are ready to proceed with that work.
In regards to past building documents, the county holds all building permit documents prior to the 1990’s. I would check with the county to see if they have any records on hand for your property.
