Attached is the issued permit for a sewer lateral repair at 133 Shirley in Molalla.

Please contact Dennis 503-793-4238 or Adam 503-793-8402 for an inspection. They are tied up on a water line repair today, so given the late notice of work and inspection request, you may need to plate the work until Public Works is available.
