Mark/Troy, it appears we’ve potentially gotten to a root of our problem with our filters finally. It appears the “drain-down” sequence uses the levels from the LIT sensors, which are simple 4-20ma devices. Right now they all read around 9.5ft in depth, which is accurate – all the filters are completely empty. Meaning the hydraulic elevation on scada should be showing 290.00 on each (as shown on the plant drawings). Can you log on today or tomorrow and recalibrate the scada system to respect the readings from these transducers (or tell me where I’m misunderstanding things)?

Again, all 4 filters are EMPTY, all 4 level transducers visually show 9.5ft depth on LCD display, which is correct, and Scada should understand that signal for all 4 filters are right now as elev 290.00.
